Onihei Mishima (三島 鬼平, Mishima Onihei) is a Japanese Ground Self Defense Force colonel and the Coppelion's vice-principal.

Onihei is a neat, strict and a saving man who is also grumpy, but he is also kind and understanding, it was shown when he welcomed Dr. Denjirou Shiba to be transported to Nagoya.

It is shown that Onihei cares Ibara as if she was his own daughter, just like how he cares for other Coppelions. He was reprimanded by Ibara, because she has helped people with the Ether that is not allowed to be given to just anyone, but instead she pointed her gun to Onihei head and told him to multiply the Ether.
