Denjirou Shiba (司馬 伝次郎 Shiba Denjirō) is the lead for distributing for food, oxygen and supplies for the survivors in Tokyo who is the one that developed an upgraded Hazmat suits for the survivors to live safely in Tokyo and he is employed by Shinto Electric and Tristar Industries, he's an expert in Nuclear Physics.

- The name Denjirou means "communication, biography, legend, intermediary, good offices, connections, life, comment" (伝) (den), "next" (次) (ji) and "son" (郎) (rou).
